First thoughts are "wouldn't linux-vserver make better use of resources?".

Aside from that though, I enjoyed the adhoc workshops of the last  
Bradford meet up, and though your idea is a good one, it's like one  
big workshop for the whole weekend so would leave much time for  
anything else. Perhaps it would be better to do this as a planning  
session and let people dip in and out of it from after that point.
