Hi there,
Thanks for helping to spread the word for the Network 23 service. It is a
replacement for wordpress.com which doesn't log ip addresses and will never
hand over personal details for those that host their blog there.

However it is limited to the kind of things that you can do with
wordpress.com and in fact because we only take donations (being volunteers)
rather than offering more commercial add ons like wordpress does, we
probably offer a bit less in terms of functionality.

However when I saw the original email asking for hosting, I forwarded it to
an email list of the network that the network23 project came out of -
hacktionlab -
http://hacktivista.net/hacktionlab

No replies yet but there are a list of collectives that could offer
anonymous and secure hosting for a fee. I'll work on getting one together
from that network and post it back here.
