Hi All,

I've put together a detailed page about the site set-up for those of us 
who are going to be there on the Wednesday and Thursday.  There's a lot 
to do, yes, but as a team we can do it.  I thought the list would help 
visiualise the work, show what needs to go where, and help with 
documentation.
