Hi John, Mick,

That's a great option John, thanks for investigating.

Just to say that in case either of you feel you need to discuss this
with me then you don't ;)  As in I'm sure we'll be all really gratefull
if you two talk about it and come to some agreement.  For reference John
as you asked, the Woodcraft Folk place costs £150 night or £300 for the
weekend.  We were proposing to ask £10pp and then we make up the rest
out of the HacktionLab coffers.  Folks welcome to donate more to help
coffers.

Whichever gets booked, can transfer a deposit for howevermuch to whomever.
