[HacktionLab] Some workshop ideas written up

Yes, I should clarify I'm not moaning that I missed a chance to show off to
my friends :-D It was more that I had a few messages from people who were
interested in some of the talks listed but weren't able to spare the whole
weekend, and ended up missing them all due to the format. One quick way
around this coulld be to mention the relaxed / unconference nature of the
event much more prominently on the wiki front page as it's not currently
made clear.
