A good idea, there seems to be a lot of confusion

On IMC-UK?  A category called "rant"?  Where please? 
It's not visible from admin or from openmir.

I should also clarify that "non-news" does not
necessarily equal "non-interesting".  Non-news and
rants can sometimes be very interesting, but that
doesn't make them news.  Hope we can make start
discussing this at Sheff.
