[LAF] LAF September onwards

It's good to be back in the world of thinking bipeds after babysitting two 
toddlers for 3 weeks. Was suffering from email deprivation too. Re dates: 
Whatever day of the week we choose, it won't work every time for all of us. 
IMHO, we shud set the dates once and for all, publicize them and it will 
start to sink into people's minds that twice a month, on those days, at that 
venue, there is a LAF event. Persistence pays. 

 The alternative to a day in the week, as discussed before, is to set dates 
in the month and include them in the title of the event, such as "the 7/20 
LAF debates", the 7th and 20th falling on different days every month. It'll 
satisfy those who can never make it on a certain days and it's easy to 
memorize. The prob is to find a venue that's open 7/7. 

 Personally I'm happy with any of these solutions. The worse strategy, I wud 
think, if the objective is to build up an audience, is to continue the 
uncertainty as to dates and venue.
