[matilda] Re: conflict, resolution (continuation)

Now, during these last 18 months, a pattern in human relations starts to
emerge, in relation to Mozaz last messages, that i feel somehow prompted
to outline,

Together with other 3 persons in the matilda e-list, Mozaz' messages
were moderated by the list's administrator following some exchange of
verbal passion spreading to several others persons as well. Now, some
weeks later, mozaz claims he's the only one in the list to continue
being moderated. Of the four persons, another one has unsubscribed or
wanted to. Now, this shows that moderation on the list, virtual
moderation only led in this case to an increase of aggression outside.
Mozaz artwork was defaced, as denounced on the list by Reka, and
everyone attending to that Monday meeting could see how and by whom.
One of the offenders was precisely one of these 4 persons initially
moderated.
Now, things have got worse at least for Mozaz: he continues being
moderated (banned), after having been attacked, and risks getting more
banned out of more shared spaces. Yes, he may be responding a bit
bluntly, but with less moderation onlist and more effective conflict
resolution outside the list, this same pattern of enmity focusing on
Mozaz (which he can't handle by himself) would not be repeating itself
endlessly.
