[matilda] conflict resolution

Hello,

It was agreed at mondays meeting i would contact seeds for change re 
conflict resolution.
They say

Can you give us an idea of how deep the conflict is at Matilda? We can
facilitate low level conflict resolution, but if it's very serious we'd want
to suggest others.....

I offered to contact them, cos i'm in contact with them anyway re the 
training on the 7th jan, but i think its actually going to take some thought 
and organisation ie what exactly do we want out of it
I don't want to take this on, cos a) im very busy and b) i don't feel that 
committed to it.
Is there anyone else who wants to organise this?  Contact me and i'll pass 
on their contact details.

We're still looking for banner making volunteers for the M1 stuff - 
donations of sheets also gratefully recieved.

PS - We have loads of stuff to do - campaigns, sorting out the building etc 
etc.  It'd be nice to focus on that...
