[matilda] Events on the web

It was agreed at one of the first meetings that an
event goes into the diary and has 7 days for anyone to
block said event. thats the only procedure at the
moment but it does highlight the problem of moving
events onto the wiki - I for dont know how to use the
wiki.

But for the sake of not causing further "issues" the
thought of a possible double booking is a small
nightmare. the book has to be THE place for booking
confirmation and not the web.

The solution is for events once confirmed to be put
onto the web. perhaps someone wants to be a point of
access for putting events on the web?
