[matilda] Minutes from Thursday's Buildings collective meeting

Meeting held at 7pm @ Matilda 30th March.

Present: J, R, C & N

Next meeting: 7pm @ Matilda 13th April.

Jobs done since last meeting:
    * Main sink in kitchen now works properly
    * Sink in new cafe space unblocked
    * Lots of work on new cafe space
    * A couple of windows glazed in gallery space
    * Little room next to cafe cleared out

Jobs to do:
    * Cap water heater inflow in lhs toilet, main
stairs, 1st flr - C to buy cap
    * Find some shelves for little room next to cafe
    * Sort drip in disabled toilet
    * Put 2nd handrail up down to gig space
    * Look at (and sort?) windows up in art spaces
    * Tip run
    * More work on new cafe space
    * Putting up shelves in tat room
    * Painting 2nd coats of paint on toilet doors +
painting the word toilet on them.

Workday facilitators:
    * 6th April - noone C to find out if cafe
collective are in working that day.
    * 13th April - C

Monday meeting: N to represent Buildings collective

YF: We rambled

Thursday socials: Building collective to take on
social 20th April

Gigs happening same time as socials: suggestion that
if possible gigs not happen on Thursday eves.  Spoke
with a couple of peps from gig collective - they said
they do try not to, but some touring bands might have
one day only.

Keys: Building collective to keep a list of keys, this
to be suggested to Monday meeting.

People doing random maintance work:  Suggest that if
people do work that they inform the buildings
collective, either by telling us or leaving a note
where the work has been done.  It makes things much
easier if it is clear what the history of work on a
particular problem has been.
