I've many ideas for a joint kidsroom/guest room.
The area adjacent to the meeting space, upstairs, could be used for both 
purposes.
A guest room part to be covered in mattress-like or suitable for 
sleeping material (soft, sound-proofed). This could also be used by kids.
The kids properly called area needs to be safe and soft. Some partitions 
easy to be removed could be set up, like non breakable glass partitions, 
so the kids could mess inside as much as they wanted.
(With outgoing places of course).

Cheap decorations could be provided with plenty of balloons...
That room has one window i think, it's quite a mess now.
