[Radical_childcare] the statement

Sorry for not being more informed... but its this meant to be simply a
statement of principles for the CC childcare collective or is it meant to be
a proposal to be presented to the CC gathering... or something else that I'm
not understanding?
It's all very well put, I'm just not sure what the context is.
