[Ssf] Supported statement for Paris

Dear mariangela and pierre, and friends whose names i don't know yet,

here from Sheffield, there was no meeting tonight as planned, due to
circumstances unclear as tonight.
There is a rumour that some killing may be involved., anyway the door
was locked to the centre were the meeting was to be held. It was very
dark with strong gale blowing through the streets, so the meeting was
not attended by anyone.
Therefore, it is implicitely agreed by IMPLICIT consensus that the
document for Paris that you sent to the list is supported by each
individual person of the Sheffield Social Forum in his/her own capacity.
